March 2025- Well after giving them a 5 star rating for the sales side and installation 5 yeats ago, I must say now that I've had to pay thousands of dollars to fix either the Covana cover (DONT BUY IT! THE WARRANTY IS A BUNCH OF BS and they aren't backing up the product like when they sold it) or something with the pool/hot tub. They don't tell you everything you should know long term. Things like the underwater pool lights...certain colors don't show anymore, the hot tub had calcium buildup on the lines (no one told me I needed to buy stuff to purge it and clean the lines sporadically.) This caused a huge buildup and it took several flushes before fixed. The most frustrating is the Covana cover. I spent $18k for an elcetric cover that should last more than 3 years becore issues start bc it's covered by a deck and not exposed to the weather. But they try to say the deck around the pool/hot tub is causing the problem bc the motor isn't getting air? That's the biggest load of crap if you ask me. If that was going to be a problem the owners of Hot Slring Spa should have said this when they helped us with the idea. The crane they used to deliver it wasn't measured against our street before delivery, so it partially sat on the sidewalk and cracked the sidewalk badly along with huge cracks all the way down the driveway. Never fixed it. Only got responses from Dennis like "I'm in Africa right now, I'll be in touch when I return " to never hear from him. I e had to replace both legs on the covana cover that ha e motors. At over $3k per leg this is not what I expected from a quality product. Do not buy.March 2020Very happy with the swim spa we purchased. It's great to swim laps, great family fun and I will forever be thankful for the Covana cover. Worth every penny! The only negative thing I could say is that COVID caused major delays on our project. No ones fault... it is what it is. We also had several damaged side panels delivered, however Hot Spring Spa ordered all new ones. Although little things like that caused more stress and delays throughout the project, they always made it right. 🙌👍

Great company; great experience. They walked us through every step of setting up the hot tub. It’s awesome to sit out on the patio in 20° weather, looking up at the stars, as warm as toast!

I went to this business to purchase a Hotsprings brand of hot tub, the EnvoySales person was pleasant and after looking at the tub I asked him for a quote.He came back and was trying g to charge me for the cover which is included in the MSRP and tried to charge me for the salt system which is included in the price. They have so many added fees their sale price of $19,500. was way over the MSRP of $23,495.I found one from another dealer, their regular price for the same tub is $19,950.The one we chose was a floor modle so had the cover lifter already installed, and they included that at no extra charge and he also threw in a set of cheap step free of charge and the price include free delivery and the start up chemicals. Total I paid out the door $21795. That's price plus tax!!!I would be embarrassed to treat customers like that. I would be embarrassed to work at Hot Sping Spas of music city!!!

Had a great experience with Hot Spring Spas buying my first hot tub. Connor is extremely helpful and went out of his way to explain all details, including taking texts and calls to advise about chemicals. Cannot praise the service more highly. Thank you!

Matt R. was our Sales Consultant and he was amazing! He provided thorough explanations during our purchasing process and really tried to understand what would fit us best. He even stayed late after closing to help us, then followed up with a great tutorial to get our spa up and running after installation. One of the pumps went out on our swim spa while under warranty. Contacting the Franklin Hot Springs Spa location and setting up an appointment was easy. The pump was replaced without issues and while the technician was inspecting the spa, he located a cracked hose line and replaced the hose. There must have been a pressure leak through the crack because now there is a big increase in the flow return to my seating jets. Very satisfied with the repairs and professionalism.

We recently purchased a sauna from Hot Springs Spas of Music City. We had previously purchased a hot tub from them. We had less expensive options that Hot Springs Spa's but elected to spend the extra money partially based on their reputation for offering high quality products but mostly based on the outstanding customer service they provide.Their entire team is dedicated to excellent customer service. Our sales rep, Matt Rieckenberg, went well beyond the call of duty to make sure we had the right product for our needs. After the sale Matt made several visits to our house on his personal time to make certain there no issues with the sauna and that we were happy with our purchase.While you can always find something online for less money there is not a high enough value you can put on the experience of dealing with a local store with on site personnel who are 100% committed to making sure that every customer is happy.We strongly recommend that you consider Hot Springs Spa of Music City for your hot tub, sauna or any related purchases.

Logan Hardin has gone above expectations to help me balance and maintain my hot tub. Since I live about an hour from the store, she suggested we use face time on our phones to communicate so she could see what I was dealing with rather than requiring me to come to the store. Logan is a knowledgeable and patient rep for Hot Springs Upper Cumberland spas and hot tubs that I highly recommend.

I'm very pleased with my spa purchase experience at Hot Spring Spas of the Upper Cumberland. I can be a difficult customer when spending a lot of $$. Logan was extremely patient/knowledgeable and guided me through several options that would satisfy my needs and stay within my budget.

This is our first time buying a hot tub and we couldn’t ask for a better person than Misty Wright to help us make the right decision. Misty was an amazing, patient, honest, and knowledgeable sales rep. throughout the whole process.The very first visit, I didn’t even think I could get in the hot tub and test them out. Misty informed me they have bathing suits, robe, towels and water all for you and the experience to try out the hot tub today! Therefore, I did and it was a great experience! I was ready to buy my own! I even brought my parents and brother by to show them the hot tub!I didn’t know anything about the PH and the different systems salt versus chlorine versus bromine systems. Misty knows all about the different systems and what you need to do for each system. She even has a trusted electrician to help me with power source of the hot tub. I am very, very satisfied with my experience with Hot Springs Spa and the friendly staff. Thank you so much for helping me through the process of deciding which salt, chlorine, bromine system; 110 vs 220, and the style and color of hot tub. Misty and staff are going to help me set up the hot tub and willing to answer any questions by phone or text. I am in good hands, and you will be also.

We just bought our first hot tub from Hot Springs in Crossville. We visited numerous dealers and did numerous wet tests and feel that we chose the spa that best suits our needs. We haven’t used it yet but our buying experience has been 5 star from start to finish. Logan Hardin was our salesperson. She was very patient with us; answered all our questions and spent extra time with us! She made us feel very comfortable thru the entire process even during the wet test. The tub was delivered and set up as promised which was one of the deciding factors for us.We would definitely encourage you to see Logan for your hot tub shopping!

Every employee I’ve met from Hot Spring Spas of Music City has been very professional, kind, and courteous! And I love my new hot tub! Whenever I am finished with a relaxing session in it, I climb out and always noticed that my usual aches and pains are practically gone! If I had known how nice it is to own my own hot tub, I would have purchased one years ago!

This review is for the 5 star service I have received as part of my very thorough buying process of a HS Aria.I was referred personally to Adrienne, who is an absolute queen of HS knowledge. I don't know that I've ever met anyone so dedicated to ensuring your complete happiness with your purchase decision. It was a big one, and it was important to me, and became important to her, that I was 10000% satisfied with my purchase decision! More on this momentarily.I had a minor issue after install, and it turned out to be electrical. Their team was on it IMMEDIATELY. Adrienne called out every single person on her team, sent emails to the very top to try and see why my brand new hot tub wasn't heating at all after installation. Chadley and another technician came out personally on the WEEKEND, their day off, to help diagnose and fix it. Fantastic experience.I have deducted a star not because of anyone I personally had the pleasure of working with, but because of their owner. The guy actually tried to hold my feet to the fire over $3500 of a deposit I put down on a tub after 3 hours of handing it in. I was having second thoughts about the model I selected, and asked for a little more time before they cashed my check. The order was for a smaller, cheaper one and I was on the fence about whether it would truly meet my needs. Adrienne honored my request after begging with her leadership not to cash a 3hr old check. Had they not, I cannot imagine how shitty I would feel sitting in my Aria that actually cost about that much more to eventually decide to purchase. Which, I'm obsessed with this tub. Best purchase ever.So, that part is concerning. I just hope that this team continues to deliver the level of service I experienced while making what I'm told will be a 20-yr investment.Finally, Mary is an OG of water care. Master chemist. Rely on her for all things chemical adjustments. Haylee (sp?) in Lebanon is a doll. 5 star staff. 3 star owners.

I'm trying to be patient, but we did NOT purchase this spa to be a boat anchor. Non functioning. Only 2 years old. A LOT of money to just sit there. And now the Service dept is telling me that it's not a warranty issue?? Come get it, replace with a new one.****Still not a warranty issue, found out it was an ELECTRICIAN issue!! And NOT the spa electrician either!! Hot Springs sent 2 guys 2 separate times and fixed what OTHERS messed up!!Thank you for jumping on this and fixing our Spa.

I have owned a hot tub for just over 3 years, from Hot Springs Spas in Lebanon, TN. I cannot begin to say enough wonderful things about the sales office, when we initially purchased the hot tub. But, I am writing this review for the service department.... Chandley and Nathan were amazing to handle a second issue with our hot tub after it was already serviced, just a few days ago. The first call was scheduled within a day, work completed neatly and pretty quick by Nathan. For the second call, today, the response time was incredible, because we were expecting very cold temps, they squeezed us in at the end of their day. They arrived promptly each time, listened to the issue and went right to work. All In all, hot tub is working fabulously once again. Thank you all so much!

Already left a 5 star from my cell, so now leaving another from my office!Been a customer for 5 years now, just love Hot Springs Lebanon.Our Spa is perfect, zero issues, just ordered a new cradle cover, they installed it fast!Best part of Hot Springs is not just the low prices, not just the top quality, not just the beauty of the spa itself, but THE PEOPLE that work there.From the Ladies in the showroom, to the Men they always send out to conduct my maintenance and install my new bells whistles on my spa (cover, salt water system, etc.), to the Ownership Team, they are the BEST people, so fun to talk to, and they are local here in my town.I love spending LOCAL MONEY and I love Hot Springs, we are Hot Springs Of Lebanon Lifers.When I build my edition I will be ordering a new, BIG spa for inside the house! Then I will have 2 Hot Springs Spas.Such a great addition to the property.Hot Springs Spas, Second to None!

We looked at all models from every hot tub dealer within 25 miles of Murfreesboro. (Family Lesure, spa warehouse, Costco and even Home Depot.) Courtney answered every question we had and made the choice easy. We made about 4 showroom visits with kids and a puppy at one point. Her expertise is second to none ( and her resilience against my kids constant questions and a puppy that gets into everything was as well.) Delivery was super easy. My family uses it every single day, really every day. We got the Relay model. My first electric bill with the tub was less than the previous month without it! Best purchase of my life! I just want to shout out that I have met the best sales person I have ever. I purchased a hot spring spa model Vanguard in the Highlife series. Adrienne DeChellis was so awesome. She was very patient answered every question that I had plus more. There was no pressure. After my spa was delivered she spent an amazing amount of time with me on the phone making sure I got my chemicals added to the spa correctly. Her knowledge of this spa was above average. She knew everything there was to know. She was working at the Murfreesboro store in Tennessee when I was there normally she works out of the Lebanon location you cannot go wrong buying a spa at Hot Springs. I got a spa with every bell and whistle that I could’ve ever imagined.. I just want to mention that the delivery crew did an awesome job as well. From start to finish I everything was perfect.

Amazing Service - the staff in Murfreesboro is top notch! We were not looking to buy a hot tub the day we stopped in but well what can I say, best experience ever.We are the type of shopper that does not like for sales people to hound you but our salesman Randall gave us space and was there to answer every question and then some when we were ready. Was extremely informative and was very patient with us when one of us needed more explanation.Our delivery coordinator Erica was amazing and the delivery staff were all super polite and very professional.We have been back since our delivery and setup of our tub just for general purposes and they have treated us like family.I could go on and on but its best if you just stop in and witness the experience yourself you won't regret it I promise.Hot Spring Spas of Music City you have a customer for LIFE~!

Outstanding experience from start to finish to follow-up! After shopping around at various brands and models, we ended up at Hot Spring Spas of Music City in Murfreesboro. The quality of the build, the thorough foam insulation distribution, the long history of being in the business, the use of quality materials in both the underpinnings and frame as well as the tub itself, makes it evident that the quality is head and shoulders above the competition.The feature sets, options and accessories allows you to build the spa of your dreams. We ended up with the 2024 Envoy model with the lift and glide cover system, the Bluetooth sound system, the IQ freshwater Smart Monitoring System and salt-chlorine generation system that allows you to adjust salt production as well as control the pumps, lights, and sound system via the web using the app.Just as important as the great spa with all its bells and whistles is the support and help of the sales team during the shopping, during the demo, and then during and after the sales. The delivery coordinator, Erica Lane, kept us in the loop on delivery schedule, path-clearing requirements for the actual delivery, and let us know when all of it would happen.Randall Long, the store manager, was instrumental in ensuring we were kept informed on the technical aspects of the sale, how to get the spa water "started", and tested the water to make sure I was "on track". His explanation of chemical interactions, as well as tips on how to use an RV water-softener kit to help with the high level of phosphates in my municipal water. It ends up saving me money on chemicals and time with this simple tip. To be clear, it wasn't an upsell, it was just a recommendation that I took to heart and bought it from Amazon.All of this has led to an amazing spa-buying experience from start to finish and I cannot recommend going anywhere else. We've been enjoying it every night since it was installed, the monitoring system takes most of the guesswork out of water maintenance which gives us more time to simply enjoy the spa.Go ahead and shop around, look at the quality UNDERNEATH the tub shell, check the experience level of the manufacturer, check the quality of material used to build the underlying frame, the electrical, the pumps, the control system. Is it OSB plywood? Is the wiring within looming? Is the plumbing routed logically and sturdily? Probably not. Then go pop the cover off a Hot Springs Spa and you'll see that it is worth the price for the quality.

We had been looking around town for a hot tub. We have seen a commercial, and that's what made us stop in. Cindy made us feel comfortable with looking around, answering questions, and even offered to let us get in one with water. We got it down to 2 spas that we liked, and she helped us make the right choice. Cindy has been so helpful with getting the placement to the water correct. If we have questions, she's happy to answer. Would recommend them 100 times over.

The entire team at Hot Springs Spas of Knoxville, as well as the headquarters in Nashville have been amazing! Frankly the "original" spa store that will go unnamed in Knoxville where I purchased the hot tub two years ago is horrible. Out of desperation to get some true assistance with balancing my water, I "switched" to the new "Hot Springs Spas of Knoxville" and have loved the experience. Additionally, seeking assistance with a small warranty issue has been painless as well. My contact at headquarters is Chadley Jewett a true caring professional. She was patient with me and "talked me through" the process of locating the serial number on my spa and how to remove the side-panel and put it back. I HIGHLY recommend Hot Springs Spa Dealer with multiple locations, "HHot Springs of Music City" and their local Knoxville location at 260 Morell Road!

I’ve had my Spa for about a month now, and I couldn’t be happier! From the moment it was set up, it’s been an absolute game changer. The installation process was surprisingly easy, and the team that came to set it up was professional and efficient.A huge thanks to Frank, the salesperson, who made the entire buying experience so enjoyable. Frank is hands-down the best salesperson I’ve encountered—since Dwight Schrute (yes, I said it). Frank’s knowledge about hot tubs is unparalleled, and his enthusiasm for matching customers with the perfect model is contagious. He answered all my questions with patience, gave me all the info I needed to make the right choice, and was never pushy. The whole experience felt more like a partnership than a sale, and I truly appreciate his honest, no-pressure approach.

The team at this location are absolutely outstanding. They care about your specific situation. Just this week I went in with some water to test from my sovereign Hot Springs hot tub because I had recently changed the water and I needed some assistance with balancing things. Unlike the other Hot Springs location not far away, the folks at this location took me very seriously tested everything made recommendations and actually talk to me about my situation. I did what they recommended and within a few days my spa water was absolutely perfect! I'm sad to say the other location in town where I spent almost $20,000 to buy the spa and get things started is absolutely horrible when it comes to service. I highly recommend this new location for all of your purchase and service needs explanation point

Purchased a limelight flair spa from our amazing Knoxville based salesperson, Cindy Dodson at Hot Springs. Can’t recommend her highly enough! She is genuine and puts a customer at ease. She researched all of our questions but is also extremely knowledgeable about all the tubs’ features.Worked with our budget and preferences; we have owned several spas over the years and she’s the best sales rep we’ve had (we’ve actually bought two spas from her)!Also, the delivery team head headed by Roland did a great job removing our old spa and putting in our new one.
