Hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunges, covers, and accessories are covered by their manufacturers’ warranties. Warranty terms, coverage, and claims procedures are set by each manufacturer and are available on our Warranties page or in your owner’s manual. We will help coordinate warranty service where applicable. Except as stated in a manufacturer’s written warranty or your sales agreement, products and services are provided without additional warranties from Hot Tubs of Tennessee.
